2. Service Agreement

  • By booking a cleaning service with ThinkClean WA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
  • We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services, but results may vary based on the condition of the premises.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All pricing is provided based on the scope of work and may vary depending on the condition, size, and specific requirements of the job.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payments via [list accepted payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit card, cash].
  • A late payment fee may apply for overdue invoices.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
  • If ThinkClean WA needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative time.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for our cleaning team.
  • Valuable, fragile, or delicate items should be secured before service. We are not responsible for damage caused to unsecured items.
  • If additional work is required beyond the original quote, we will inform the client and discuss any additional charges before proceeding.

6. Liability & Damage

  • ThinkClean WA takes the utmost care in delivering services, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or deterioration.
  • In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, we must be notified within 24 hours of service completion to assess and resolve the issue.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Health & Safety

  • Our cleaning staff follow strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • The client must ensure that the premises are safe and free from hazards before our team begins work.
  • ThinkClean WA reserves the right to refuse service if the premises pose a risk to our employees’ safety.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure

ThinkClean WA is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
